Water powered grist mill on Cedar Creek

The grist mill has been restored by a volunteer group. You can actually take grain there and have it milled. A new bridge was built so the school bus could safely reach a number of families on the other side of the creek, which is actually a pretty good size stream.  The original was purchased by one the bridge builders. It is a very picturesque area and many artists have done painting there.  This angle is unusual as it is difficult to get into a position to see the mill, water flume and bridge all in one view without being in the water.
